Internet Access:
  • Manage multiple Internet connections using the Infinity Shield User Interface (UI).
  • Connect seamlessly to the Internet via; ADSL, HSDPA or any other PPPoE connection. Route individual users or prioritize protocols via a specific internet connection.
  • The redundancy feature ensures that no Internet downtime is experienced as Infinity Shield seamlessly handles the failover.
  • Enable Infinity Shield to run DHCP or set it into your existing router to mange the IP addresses on your network.
  • You have peace of mind that with the Stateful packet filtering as well as Ingress/Egress packet filtering, your network won’t be compromised.
  • Network address translation (NAT) shields your internal IP addresses from prying eyes, while port forwarding can be set up if required.

Website Filtering:
  • Block or restrict users (either via Mac Address or user groups) from accessing web sites in over 30 selected blacklist categories.
  • Alternatively create your own unique blacklists and/or whitelists.
  • Prevent non-work related browsing during office hours; allow personal use during lunch breaks or after hours.
  • Web site caching allows quicker browsing as web pages are temporarily stored and reduces bandwidth usage.
  • Set usage limits for users based on the daily, weekly or monthly usage. Only web site browsing is restricted once users’ allocated bandwidth is reached.
  • Automatic notifications are sent should a user be nearing their cap, thereby allowing you to be proactive. Certain URL’s can be exempt from the usage limits, such as Anti-virus updates and OS updates

Email Service
  • Manage your companies’ email across multiple domains.
  • Set size limits and block attachments per user thereby restricting emails exceeding maximum allowance before they get downloaded.
  • Add automatic disclaimers to all outgoing messages thus protecting company from any legal ramifications.
  • Use Infinity Shield as your SMTP Server to ensure that there is a record of all emails leaving your network. The option is yours if you just need a copy of all the email headers or the full content of emails, for a selected period. When an employee is on leave, simply activate the auto responder and have a copy of their mail forwarded to another mailbox.
  • Full scanning of all emails for viruses.
  • Manage the mail queue by giving certain email priority or isolating users that may have malware.

Usage Reports
  • Monitor users by their Mac Address or by creating user groups on your network with different access rights.
  • Easy-to-read graphs display Internet usage per user; web sites visited, outgoing and incoming emails as well as protocols used. Reports can be generated to show usage for selected periods and automatically lists highest users. Identify patterns and trends for individual users by indicating most frequently visited web sites and email traffic.
